The Future

The Bollinger and Hancock Buildings are a corner location and historically centered, Cornerstone of Seymour Downtown, and are available to purchase. These two commercial buildings offer a unique opportunity.

Three Main level store fronts are renovated and leased, drawing monthly income from the start, there are two additional spaces renovated and ready for you to decide if they are for your personal use or another potential for income quickly.

The exterior updates are completed with a new roofs, doors, windows, façade, and paved alley; interior updates include new electrical, plumbing, custom glass work, and customed finished store fronts with top quality custom made store front fixtures; furnishings, including a collection of artifacts and historic pieces on display and used in the store fronts and an inventory of items to be include in the projected yet completed all aspects of work and items are overseen and collected by a Seymour native Historic Preservationist.

The second and third floors are a blank slate and ready for your vision, and come complete with architectural drawings approved by The State of Indiana, making the process streamlined and ready to go. The second and third floors have potential to become San Francisco and New York City loft style living spaces with two-1840 Square Feet spaces and two-1350 Square Feet spaces.

The buildings come with additional features including architectural drawings for the 2nd and 3rd floor, historical content, period appropriate artifacts from the building and Seymour City. The buildings also offer priceless time capsules like the tin ceilings, the Mail Pouch sign (from the civil war era), and the ghost signs (featured in newspapers, an upcoming book, and photographed by, Joey Lax-Salinas).
