Hancock Building - 1st Floor
The Hancock Building was built in connection to the Bollinger Building as Mr. Hancock married the daughter of Conrad Bollinger. The Hancock Building was built in 1907 and was one of finest quality buildings in town at the time. The historic wood façades have survived and have been restored to perfection.
The two 1st floor store fronts in the Hancock Building are renovated and leased, drawing monthly income from the start.
