Historic Bollinger Block and Hancock Building

The exterior updates are completed with a new roofs, doors, windows, façade, and paved alley; interior updates include new electrical, plumbing, custom glass work, and customed finished store fronts with top quality custom made store front fixtures; furnishings, including a collection of artifacts and historic pieces on display and used in the store fronts and an inventory of items to be include in the projected yet completed all aspects of work and items are overseen and collected by a Seymour native Historic Preservationist.
